Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally.
  • Gather customer and vehicle information and accurately document concerns.
  • Clearly communicate vehicle symptoms as described by the customer to the technician.
  • Recommend appropriate maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history.
  • Prepare accurate repair estimates for labor and parts.
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up as needed.
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Verify final invoices reflect services performed and explain charges to customers.
  • Coordinate loaner vehicles and insurance verification when necessary.
  • Take ownership of the customer experience by going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.
