Requirements
- Previous automotive service advisor experience required (luxury brand experience a plus)
- High dedication to customer service
- Excellent communication and follow up skills
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems, functions, and service operations
- Proficiency with MS Office, dealership software, internet tools

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Mercedes-Benz brand and warranty standards
- Schedule, manage, and coordinate service appointments and repair estimates
- Communicate recommended services clearly and professionally
- Proactively address and resolve customer concerns with urgency and care
