Requirements
- Previous automotive service advisor or dealership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Experience with dealership software (Ford/Toyota systems a plus)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between technicians, parts, and service leadership
- Write and manage internal repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure technicians have the information and parts needed to complete work timely
- Maintain clear communication to support workflow and productivity
- Assist with internal warranty, reconditioning, and shop repair processes
- Support service department organization and operational excellence
