About The Position
Genesis of Portland, located in SW Portland, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. Our dealership is the only Genesis dealership in Portland and the first one ever! Our Service Advisors play a crucial on our Service Team. Working as a Service Advisor, you will need to accurately relay needs from the Service Department to our guests. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of stability, and excellent customer service skills, and will be looking for a long-term career. The more motivated you are, the better you will perform. We have little to no turnover in our operation so this is a rare opportunity to join us!
Requirements
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- CDK experience is a must!
- Tech Savvy. Must be proficient in computer navigation working with multiple programs at once.
- Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Helping customers with the service on their vehicles.
- Follow up to help customers if they have issues or concerns.
- Work closely with other departments within the dealership.
- Reviewing inspection reports with customers.
- Provide an excellent customer service experience.
