Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of previous Service Advisor experience, Mercedes-Benz experience preferred
  • Well-versed in using CDK and XTIME (strongly preferred)
  • Top-producer status in service department sales and gross
  • Consistently high CSI and customer retention scores
  • Strong courteous and professional communication skills
  • Process driven, detail-oriented with strong accountability and a sense of urgency
  • Solid automotive service knowledge (technician background is a plus)
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician
  • Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles
  • Write accurate, profitable, and complete repair orders based on both customer needs and technician recommendations
  • Deliver a premium luxury customer experience every day
  • Present inspection results with confidence to close work, build value, and maximize customer pay
  • Drive strong customer pay labor per RO and gross performance
  • Control timelines, approvals, and expectations
  • Maintain exceptional CSI, retention, and revenue metrics
  • Execute warranty and service processes with zero excuses
