About The Position

If you're customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoy working around heavy equipment, we want to meet you. Vermeer All Roads is hiring a Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our service department, coordinating repairs, communicating timelines, and delivering a first-class customer experience. Prior service advisor experience is required; heavy equipment/heavy-duty background preferred.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Previous service writing/advisor experience required
  • Strong customer service, multitasking, prioritization, and efficiency skills

Nice To Haves

  • Heavy-duty/heavy equipment experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, act as liaison between customers and the dealership
  • Schedule appointments and prepare estimates
  • Advise on maintenance per manufacturer specifications
  • Create, update, and document repair/work orders accurately
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, drive retention and referrals
  • Proactively update customers on status, estimate changes, and pickup timing
  • Other duties as assigned
