Greenway West Palm Beach Kia has immediate openings for Service Advisors with 2 – 3 years of automotive Service Advisor experience! We are part of Greenway Automotive ranked # 16 among 150 dealership groups based in the USA. The ideal candidate is a high energy individual with extensive knowledge writing tickets and customer service. This position includes identifying problems with automobiles, gathering information about warranties and provisions for service coverage and drafting orders for repairs to be done. Requirements

• 2 – 3 years of dealership Service Advisor experience, a must
• Proven track record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Service Advisor experience
• Must have a valid driver's license and be in good standing
• Must exhibit personal and professional integrity
• Must have a desire for a long term career with a growing organization

• CDK experience; a plus!

Responsibilities

• Greets and consults with customers to interpret their needs and arrange for appropriate service
• Serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters
• Write your own tickets
• Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work
• Sells additional needed services
• Sets and manages the expectations for service delivery for both the customers and mechanics
• Continuously updates customers on repair needs and completion times
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Performs other duties as assigned
