About The Position

The Service Advisor at Caliber Auto Care is responsible for selling and promoting all products and services offered by the company while adhering to store standards. This role involves interacting with customers, documenting their concerns, and providing accurate service recommendations. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• ASE Certification preferred
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor preferred
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends.

Nice To Haves

• State Inspector License preferred
• ASE Certified Service Consultant Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and on the phone.
• Document customer's concerns and inspect vehicles to identify service needs.
• Recommend services based on knowledge and customer needs.
• Communicate additional recommendations from technicians to customers.
• Document all recommendations in customer files.
• Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories.
• Provide accurate quotes for services including cost and time of completion.
• Update customers on the status of their services throughout the day.
• Review completed inspections and explain warranties during checkout.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after services are performed.
• Track returns, core returns, and warranty parts for customers.
