Halco Group dba Midas is a family-owned company founded in 2013, dedicated to providing quality service with a unique customer experience that exceeds expectations. The Service Advisor is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position in a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in automotive service writing or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic automotive knowledge and a passion for the industry.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and a sales-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable using point-of-sale software and digital inspection tools.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Main Sales person and contact for customers.
  • Write and sell Maintenance, Repairs & Tires work confidently.
  • Clearly explain recommendations and costs.
  • Coordinate with technicians to complete work on time.
  • Manage the repair order process from write-up to invoicing and payment.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs for service categories.
  • Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and professionalism at the front desk.
