About The Position

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless service experience.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in using service software and tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in automotive service or a related field is preferred

  • Possess phone skills for both employee and customer interactions
  • Have basic computer skills. Training will be provided for necessary programs.

  • Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction
  • Prior dealership service experience is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assess their service needs
  • Provide accurate estimates and explain services and repairs
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
  • Maintain communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area
