About The Position
Wickstrom Auto Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at both Wickstrom Ford Lincoln and Wickstrom Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, understanding their service needs, and effectively communicating with the service team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. This position requires a strong focus on customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be expected to handle customer inquiries, schedule service appointments, and provide estimates for repairs and maintenance. You will also be responsible for following up with customers regarding their service experience and ensuring that all their needs are met. The ideal candidate will have a background in the automotive industry, particularly in a dealership setting, and will be familiar with service processes and procedures. You will work closely with technicians and other staff to ensure that all services are performed to the highest standards.
