Requirements

1-3-years of progressive experience in auto service is preferred but not required
Must maintain a valid state driver’s license to drive any customer or company vehicle.
Demonstrated ability to manage others.
Consistent record of service and sales success.
Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
Team-oriented and self-motivated.
Able to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with service needs and selling additional services to customers
Take ownership of the customer’s experience and leaving a positive impression on the customer
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person
Distribute work between technicians efficiently
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
Oversees the administration of warranty claims and training and supervises the service department
