About The Position

Service Advisor Trainee (Express Advisor) Pay: $50,000–$56,000+ per year Schedule: 45 hours/week, 5 days (includes every other Saturday 7:30 a.m.–2 p.m.; weekday off provided) Great opportunity for candidates from retail, cellular sales, hospitality, or food service. Paid training provided. Position Summary The Service Advisor Trainee is a customer-facing role responsible for greeting customers, writing repair orders, and coordinating communication between customers and technicians. This role is ideal for friendly, organized individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Computer proficiency (typing, Word, Excel)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and write service repair orders
• Schedule service appointments
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and document concerns
• Communicate service timelines, costs, and updates
• Coordinate alternate transportation
• Follow up with customers and process payments
• Work closely with technicians and other advisors
• Ensure an excellent customer experience
