As a Trek Service Technician/Advisor, you will be responsible for caring for bikes to ensure their owners enjoy riding them. This role involves troubleshooting repairs, servicing various types of bikes, and installing accessories selected by customers. You will also have the opportunity to work with new bike models before they are available for sale. Building relationships with customers and supporting the Service Manager are key aspects of this position.
