About The Position

Power RV is looking for a team player who has service advising or service writing experience, customer service or dealership experience. The Service Advisor will be directly responsible for the proper satisfaction of customer and vehicle related problems, and accurate performance of designated administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers when they arrive
• Answer questions about service outcome
• Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs
• Call customers to set appointments and answer phones in a timely manner
• Keep customers informed on completion to assure all customers concerns are addressed
• Build strong relationships with customers
