As a Service Advisor at Minnetonka Ford, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the quality of service that Morrie's is known for. You will be the first point of contact for customers, greeting them and listening to their concerns regarding their vehicles. Your responsibilities will include obtaining customer and vehicle information, inspecting vehicles for necessary bodywork, and securing agreements from customers before any repairs are made. You will also advise customers on vehicle maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications, handle minor complaints, and follow up on repair orders throughout the day. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively. You will also be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers, explaining the work performed, and reviewing charges and coverage. Additionally, you will assist the service manager as needed and follow all company safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
