The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing shop flow, and collaborating with technicians to ensure vehicle safety and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in service writing or a related field.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service as the first point of contact for customers.
• View vehicle inspections, prepare accurate estimates, and communicate them effectively to customers.
• Collaborate with technicians and customers to devise effective repair plans.
• Assist customers in prioritizing repairs and facilitate informed decisions regarding their vehicles.
• Address customer inquiries and provide regular updates throughout the repair process.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain a well-organized calendar.
• Provide customers with essential information to ensure a superb service experience.
• Manage shop flow to maximize efficiency and oversee a team of 3-5 technicians.
