Requirements

• Service Advisor experience highly preferred.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Current valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to determine their need for vehicle repairs.
• Meet & greet customers with courtesy and efficiency.
• Write up service needs and provide the customer with an accurate estimate for the dollar amount and completion time of work.
• Communicate effectively with the customer to achieve satisfactory repairs and sale of necessary repair or maintenance to vehicles.
• Maintain knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies.
• Keep the customer informed and advise the customer of the prognosis of their vehicle.
• Call customers to set appointments and answer telephones in a timely manner.
