About The Position

Duval Ford is seeking a Mobile Service Advisor to support our customer-first approach by providing exceptional service to our customers at their homes, workplaces, and other convenient locations within Duval, Nassau, Baker, and St. Johns Counties. This role involves working closely with the service team to ensure smooth operation of our mobile service fleet, offering on-site consultations, and advising customers on necessary vehicle maintenance and repairs. As a Mobile Service Advisor, you will be the face of Duval Ford's service department, delivering high-quality customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring that our mobile oil change and service offerings are performed to the highest standards.

Requirements

• Ability to pass all pre-employment testing including background checks, motor vehicle check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requesting mobile service, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction before, during, and after service.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and the Duval Ford mobile service app to schedule appointments, confirm service details, and provide updates.
• Educate customers on the benefits of regular vehicle maintenance and the services provided by Duval Ford's mobile service team (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations, minor repairs).
• Address customer concerns or questions regarding vehicle maintenance and provide transparent, accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines.
• Schedule and coordinate daily mobile service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery within Duval, Nassau, Baker, and St. Johns counties.
• Confirm and track all appointments, ensuring that the technician has all necessary tools, parts, and equipment for the scheduled service.
• Manage customer expectations by providing clear timelines and updates on delays or issues.
• Accompany the mobile service team to customer locations, ensuring that each service visit is carried out professionally and efficiently.
• Provide on-site consultations and vehicle assessments to help diagnose potential service needs.
• Ensure that all work is completed to Duval Ford's standards of quality and safety.
• Review service invoices with customers, explaining charges and services rendered in a clear and friendly manner.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor for all their automotive service needs.
• Ensure repeat business by suggesting additional services that may benefit the customer, based on vehicle condition and service history.
• Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and Duval Ford's full range of service offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, appointments, and completed services in Duval Ford's service management system.
• Report any issues, service trends, or customer feedback to the Service Manager.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory requirements related to automotive service operations.
• Ensure the mobile service vehicle is stocked with the necessary parts, tools, and equipment to perform services efficiently.
• Assist with the upkeep and cleanliness of the mobile service vehicle, ensuring it is ready for daily use.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager to restock inventory and supplies as needed.
