About The Position

Power Buick GMC of Salem is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in advising or writing, as well as customer service or dealership experience. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing vehicle-related issues effectively. The Service Advisor will be responsible for performing various administrative duties accurately and thoroughly, while also maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
