Requirements

• 3+ years of Service (Writer) experience preferred
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Competent level of computer literacy
• Substantial time management technique
• General understanding of automotive maintenance
• Maintain an energetic, positive, and respectful attitude with everyone
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that allows you to drive customers and company vehicles

Responsibilities

• Maintain your Customer Satisfaction Scores at or above the district goal
• Receiving in customers and their automobiles in the most effective and timely manner
• Constant communication with your service technicians
• Calling customers with diagnostic results and recommendations from your technicians
• Selling the recommendations from your technicians
• Communicate authorized recommendations to your technicians with a 'promise time' for completion of work
• Prompt call to customers when vehicle is washed and ready
• Notify your customer if there are any delays to the 'promise time' and why; before the 'promised time' for pick up
• Close all repair orders and review with customers as they pick up their automobiles
