About The Position
Feldmann Imports is a family-owned and operated Mercedes-Benz dealership located in Bloomington, MN. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in the automotive service department, acting as the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service. You will work in a state-of-the-art environment equipped with the latest diagnostic technology, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. In this position, you will report directly to the Service Manager and be responsible for coordinating the servicing of customer vehicles. Your role will involve overseeing service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. You will take ownership of the customer experience, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. This includes providing concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether they come in via phone or in person, to ensure that customers feel valued and well taken care of. Additionally, you will be tasked with distributing work efficiently among technicians, answering technical questions regarding vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs, and maintaining Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards. You will also assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts and tools as necessary. This role is essential in maximizing departmental profitability while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
