About The Position

We are currently looking for an outgoing and dependable individual to greet our valued customers arriving at our service department. The Service Advisor Assistant will welcome customers and ensure a smooth transition to a Service Advisor by confirming appointments and obtaining basic information about the reason for the customer’s visit. In addition, they will assist the Advisor with keeping the customer informed of their repair status and with any administrative duties related to obtaining repair approvals. They will move customer vehicles in and around the lot and service areas, to ensure vehicles are easily located by the technicians. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, a positive attitude and professional appearance, and great communication skills. Candidates must be willing and able to work in a non-climate controlled environment that includes enduring the heat of summer and the cold of winter. Customer Service experience is a plus.
