About The Position
Ford of Spartanburg, a Hudson Automotive Company, is actively seeking Service Advisors to join our award-winning, high-volume service team. Requirements
- Previous Customer Service Experience Required
- Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience.
- Ability to successfully guide customers throughout the service process.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong amount of emotional intelligence.

- Previous Service/Sales Experience Preferred
- CDK Experience Preferred
