Service Advisor Apprentice (Customer Experience Focus) Sterling KIA in Lafayette, LA is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our Service Team! As a Service Advisor Apprentice, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day communication flow of our Service Department. This position is heavily focused on answering incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and keeping customers informed throughout the service process. You’ll serve as a first point of contact for many of our customers while also supporting Service Advisors and learning the skills needed to grow into a full Service Advisor role.
