About The Position

Transteck, Inc has an immediate opening for a 2nd shift Service Advisor at our Freightliner of New Stanton dealership located in Tarrs, PA. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to work as the main contact between our customers and our service shop. The Service Advisor is responsible for selling our services to our customers, conducting a visual safety inspection of customer's vehicles and ensuring all of our customers' needs are correctly addressed.

Requirements

• One year of experience in service roles, sales, or customer service required.
• Must be able to work 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact between customers and the service shop.
• Sell services to customers.
• Conduct visual safety inspections of customer's vehicles.
• Ensure all customer needs are correctly addressed.
