About The Position

Job Summary: Coordinates documents and gathers and inputs data related to assigned administrative support duties for a team, department, function or other organizational leader/group. Performs activities under a moderate degree of supervision. We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our Tucson, AZ branch. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and data support to ensure smooth daily operations and effective team coordination. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: + Coordinate, gather, and input data related to departmental and administrative activities. + Conduct research, prepare reports, and address routine to moderately complex information requests. + Compile and verify information; accurately enter data into reports, spreadsheets, and databases. + Manage daily administrative functions including correspondence, scheduling meetings, and arranging conference calls. + Respond to or redirect inquiries from internal and external contacts in a professional and timely manner. + Process vendor and supplier documentation, submit payment requests, and support accounts payable follow-ups. + Maintain departmental documentation, policies, and procedures. + Support business improvement initiatives and provide guidance to new or less experienced colleagues. + Perform other general administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills across all levels and channels (email, phone, in-person).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Process-oriented mindset; experience with documentation control, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort using databases and accounting systems.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support a collaborative team environment.
  • Analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
  • Onsite role, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, located at our Tucson, AZ Branch.
  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports, and advanced level computer skills.
  • Requires some work experience or intermediate level of knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
