Requirements

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in customer service-related role.
• 1-2 years in warehouse related role.

Responsibilities

• Manage service orders in our ERP system.
• Handle invoicing and ensure smooth communication with customers.
• Manage all shipping and receiving responsibilities for service orders, inventory, and other essential items.
• Check the email inbox for Service Order requests and create, quote, invoice, and close all service orders for the Loveland location.
• Assist with the inbox and phone line as needed, acting as a liaison between the customer and the repair team.
• Manage Rental and Loaner requests through the service order process.
• Conduct inventory management including ordering, receiving, cycle counts, and monthly audits.
• Pack, ship, and receive service orders, inventory, and other items as needed domestically and internationally.
• Schedule courier pick-ups and contact couriers when needed.
• Become an ERP expert in Syteline.
