Responsibilities

  • Coordinates Service Manager’s calendar, scheduling appointments and conference calls (where applicable)
  • Composes routine schedules and data entry for service claims
  • Coordinates month-end reports with the direction of the Service Manager
  • Assists Service manager with internal and external client concerns
  • Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate area or member if neccesary
  • Professionally administers overflow of incoming phone calls for service
  • Ensure calls are routed to appropriate department as requested by clients
  • Updates client records as needed
  • Attends weekly department meetings
