About The Position

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Service Admin in Lithia, FL. Duties: Service Admin will act as a customer advocate by understanding requirements and ensuring they are met Resolve customer issues related to pricing, transactions, complaints, orders, and shipments Document and determine resolution for customer complaints Manage the entire order-to-cash process for assigned customers As a Service Admin, you will handle inside sales for transactional customers at approved pricing levels Collaborate cross-functionally to provide problem resolution and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Business acumen related to commercial and supply chain processes
  • Aptitude for technology and troubleshooting digital interactions
  • Ability to make informed decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
