Duties: Service Admin will act as a customer advocate by understanding requirements and ensuring they are met Resolve customer issues related to pricing, transactions, complaints, orders, and shipments Document and determine resolution for customer complaints Manage the entire order-to-cash process for assigned customers As a Service Admin, you will handle inside sales for transactional customers at approved pricing levels Collaborate cross-functionally to provide problem resolution and continuous improvement
