About The Position

The Lucky Dill Deli in Palm Harbor is seeking experienced Servers to join our team. This position is available for both full-time and part-time roles, offering a competitive pay structure that includes minimum wage plus great tips. As a Server, you will be expected to have a strong and detailed knowledge of our menu, enabling you to answer guests' questions and provide recommendations when asked. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately taking orders with a strong attention to detail, ensuring the timeliness and quality of food orders, and providing guests with an excellent dining experience throughout their visit. Familiarity with Aloha and Toast POS Systems is a plus, as it will aid in the efficiency of your service. We are looking for individuals who possess a strong work ethic and a hospitality-oriented personality, as these traits are key to your success in this role. Previous work experience as a Server in a high-volume restaurant is essential, along with a solid understanding of restaurant etiquette. Outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a teamwork mentality are crucial for this position. Additionally, strong organizational skills are necessary to manage large sections of tables effectively, and you must be able to stand for long periods of time.
