Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Age 21+
• TIPS / TEAM certification (or equivalent)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong teamwork, communication, and guest service skills
• Ability to stand and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended/irregular hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock your station based on daily assignments
• Greet guests, share specials, and take beverage and food orders
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, preparations, flavors, and pairings
• Provide responsible alcohol service and verify guest age as required
• Suggest menu items, confirm orders for accuracy, and process through POS
• Support a positive guest experience with attentive, personable service
