BridgeWorks is hiring compassionate, energetic, positive SERVERS for a Greenville retirement community. The company prides itself on creating a nurturing and vibrant atmosphere for its residents, ensuring they feel at home and well-cared for. Dining services play a pivotal role in enhancing the community's quality of life, offering nutritious and delightful meals. To continue providing exceptional service, the company is in search of a dedicated, positive, and compassionate server to become a vital part of its kitchen staff.
Requirements
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- A positive attitude and a team-player mentality
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check (felonies are a disqualifier; misdemeanors reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
- Must have open availability, 7 days per week, to be considered for this position
