About The Position

Montage Mason is a luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community located in Mason, Ohio. As a Dining Room Server, you’ll play an essential role in creating a five-star, white-glove dining experience for our residents. You’ll be responsible for delivering meals efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly, resident-first service while supporting the overall operations of the Dining Services Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with residents, thrives in a hospitality-driven environment, and takes pride in creating a positive dining experience every day. You’ll work closely with Dining Leadership to ensure trays, tables, and dining areas are prepared, organized, and fully stocked. Flexible scheduling- Dining Room Server Pay: Starting at $14.00/hour, and goes up based on experience Schedule: Full Time, Part time and PRN ( as needed) must have weekend availability Location: 5373 Merton Drive, Mason, OH 45040
Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
- Friendly, positive attitude and passion for serving others
- Ability to follow instructions, special diets, and portion controls
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety
- 18 years of age or older or high school graduate
