Demos' is now hiring servers to be part of our family. We will train you to be part of our award winning service staff where you can maximize your earning potential through increase tips.

Requirements

• We offer a comprehensive training program - No experience required!
• Must have reliable transportation arrangements.

Responsibilities

• We want to WOW our customers by doing more than being an order taker
• Coachable attitude
• Know our menu to help our customers
• We serve with a team buddy system
• Work with other servers in a team-oriented environment which includes refilling drinks and running food for other servers
• Demonstrate upbeat attitude, professionalism, punctuality, high standards & teamwork
• Must have the ability to handle high volume work
