About The Position
American Beauty is a Steakhouse that takes inspiration from the classic American Steakhouse experience and translates it to the next generation of diners. We celebrate wood grilled steaks, seafood, Cali greens, over 200 wine selections and a thoughtful craft cocktail program. Our horseshoe bar and patio adorned with twinkling lights makes us a neighborhood favorite! We are looking for positive-minded, savvy and hospitable servers to join our team. Our family of restaurants includes Superba Food + Bread, Superba Snacks + Coffee, American Beauty, and The Win-dow. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a server in a contemporary, chef driven and full-service restaurant
- A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
- Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation, knowledge of our menu and providing hospitable and accurate service
- Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules)
- Have a flexible schedule and open availability
