We're looking for friendly, reliable Servers and Dishwashers to support our dietary team and help create a clean, comfortable dining experience for our long-term care residents. Make a difference in the daily lives of our residents. Server – Key Responsibilities: Set up dining areas and serve meals to residents in a respectful, timely manner Assist residents with trays, beverages, and condiments as needed Ensure proper food portions and presentation based on dining orders Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in dining areas Report resident needs or concerns to dining or nursing staff Dishwasher – Key Responsibilities: Clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and dishwashing area Assist with garbage disposal and floor cleaning at the end of shifts Support the kitchen team with basic prep or delivery tasks, as needed Follow all health and safety procedures, including infection control standards

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous food service or dishwashing experience a plus (not required)
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation
Compassion and respect for working with seniors
