About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Server to join our team. The Server is responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems and working with tablets
• A positive attitude and team spirit
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and warmly as they arrive
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Monitor guest needs throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to requests
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area(s)
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
