The Neighborhood at Grove Park is seeking Server's to join their team! The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsibilities include proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services, and cleaning of the dining rooms. The Server must handle all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

  • Provide dining and table services to residents and guests.
  • Ensure proper dining set-up in the dining rooms.
  • Deliver meal and dining services in accordance with standards.
  • Clean and maintain the dining rooms.
  • Handle all foods following sanitary procedures and standards.
  • Comply with all food service regulations.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full service senior living preferred.
  • Understanding of infection control procedures.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage stress effectively.
  • Competent in time management and organizational skills.
  • Embrace the assisted living philosophy.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours.
  • Possess written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision making skills.
