Greet customers in the restaurant or drive-thru and take orders.
Handle payment transactions.
Prepare and store food, and prepare food and drink orders.
Check to ensure orders are correct.
Pack products and maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment.
Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by prioritizing customer needs.
Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
Work with management and fellow employees to serve customers with urgency.
Communicate positively with customers, teammates, and managers.
Cooperate with peers and help others when needed.
Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co-workers.
Understand and adhere to the posted work schedule.
