We are looking for the right person to assist our culinary team with the presentation of our nutritious and delicious culinary program for our residents. We specialize in assisted living and memory care. Highgate Senior Living's mission is to devote ourselves to help each resident live a life of purpose and each of us plays a crucial role in doing so. We operate communities in the western US and are seeking the right Server to join our team. Come help us create an environment that promotes a sense of well-being and the feeling of true community in a gracious, homelike setting. This position may be fulltime or parttime and includes working directly with our culinary team and residents to deliver beautifully presented, fresh and temperature appropriate meals. Because we are a seniors housing setting that cares for vulnerable adults, this position is not eligible to receive tips, gifts, or gratuities from our residents. You are offered a generous, stable hourly wage, you are given a predictable work schedule that doesn't include long evenings and your workload will be easily manageable. You also can build long lasting relationships with your customers and have the chance to learn from those who have lived long, meaningful lives and have fantastic stories and life experience to share.
