As a Server, you will play a crucial role in this mission by taking guest orders, serving food and beverages promptly, and ensuring that all items are prepared to our high standards. You will communicate professionally with guests to understand their needs and assist them with menu selections, while also promoting new promotions and product information. Your knowledge of our menu items will be essential in providing an informative and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality of food served, ensuring that only items meeting our standards are presented to guests. You will accurately input orders into the POS system and assist with pre-bussing tables and other side work as outlined in the side work binder. Safety is paramount, and you will practice safe food and beverage handling at all times. Handling guest complaints effectively and involving management when necessary will also be part of your responsibilities. You will need to be adaptable, as you may assist in other job categories as required. To succeed in this position, you must demonstrate dependability and exceptional teamwork skills.
