• Take accurate food and beverage orders using IHOP's standard procedures.
• Serve orders efficiently and ensure the quality of food and presentation meet IHOP standards.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and seek manager assistance when necessary.
• Prepare and set up tables, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, workstations, and restrooms during shifts.
• Process guest payments accurately and promptly using the point-of-sale system.
• Restock server supplies and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Assist other servers and team members as needed, including hosting or bussing tables during busy periods.
• Communicate effectively with shift managers and coworkers to maintain a smooth workflow.
