About The Position
As a Server at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure they feel valued from the moment they are seated. You will be trained to suggestively sell drinks, appetizers, and desserts, enhancing the dining experience while also contributing to the restaurant's sales goals. Accuracy is key in this role, as you will be responsible for taking food and drink orders and entering them into the POS system correctly. Timeliness is essential, as you will need to pick up and deliver food orders promptly, ensuring that guests receive their meals while they are still hot and fresh. Throughout the dining experience, you will check back with guests to provide refills and clear any items from the table, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. At the end of the meal, you will deliver and settle the check, thanking guests for their visit and inviting them to return. Adhering to all food safety standards is a critical aspect of your role, ensuring that our guests enjoy their meals in a safe and hygienic environment. This position requires a team player who is attentive to detail and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
