About The Position

Join our team and bring exceptional service to our dinner and late-night guests! We're seeking friendly and dedicated servers with availability for evening shifts (3 PM-11 PM), including weekends. As a Server at Perkins, you'll be the face of the restaurant, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for each guest. You'll provide friendly, efficient service while ensuring that all guests' needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

Requirements

• Availability from 3 PM to 11 PM.
• Willingness to work dinner, night, and weekend shifts.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Reliability and dependability.
• Previous experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Greet & Engage Guests: Create a warm, inviting environment and greet guests with a smile.
• Take Orders & Serve Food: Take accurate meal and drink orders and deliver high-quality food and drinks.
• Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Go above and beyond to ensure guests have an exceptional experience.
• Work as a Team: Coordinate with fellow servers, kitchen staff, and management.
• Handle Payments: Accurately process payments, including cash, credit cards, and gift cards.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep work area tidy and stocked, and take care of side work.
• Suggestive Selling: Recommend popular menu items to enhance the guest experience.
