Keke's Breakfast Cafe is seeking a full-time Server for its Largo location. The primary role of the Server is to provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for guests. This position involves assisting co-workers and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and well taken care of during their visit.

  • Welcome guests as they enter the restaurant.
  • Greet guests upon arriving at the table.
  • Make guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to take care of them.
  • Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
  • Be knowledgeable of meals and substitutions.
  • Make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
  • Answer questions about food, beverages, and restaurant services.
  • Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system promptly.
  • Prepare coffee and tea when necessary.
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
  • Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required.
  • Maintain clean service areas, including tables and floors.
  • Monitor guests' dining experience and ensure satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests.
  • Prepare final bills and process payments.
  • Assist co-workers as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
  • Must be available from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm every day, including holidays.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods (up to 6 hours).
  • Clear and effective communication skills in the predominant language(s) of guests.
  • Exceptional grooming habits.
  • Excellent basic math skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
