About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Requirements

• Previous experience as a server or in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tables.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables in a timely manner.
• Present menus, offer menu recommendations, and answer questions about our menu items.
• Accurately take food and drink orders using our point-of-sale system.
• Ensure that all orders are delivered swiftly and correctly to guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues with genuine concern and professionalism.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation.
• Support team members by assisting with tasks as needed during peak dining hours.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Stay informed about current menu offerings, seasonal specials, and promotions.
