About The Position

Our Servers are tableside experts on our menu, touring our guests through our award-winning beer selections and pairing them with our handcrafted signature and specialty dishes. They turn first-timers into “Kings of the Hill” by giving them a genuine, authentic experience through stellar service and inspiring loyalty. Our Servers dish up the real stuff on the plant and pint, but more importantly - with their personalities.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
• Team-player mentality.
• Ability to execute at a high standard in a high-volume, scratch-kitchen atmosphere.
• Ability to maintain composure during busy periods.
• Desire to enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Guide guests through the menu and beer selections.
• Ensure high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.
