About The Position

As a Server at Red Lobster, you will be part of a family-owned restaurant that has been serving seafood for over fifty years. Your role will involve welcoming guests, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. You will be responsible for suggestively selling menu items, delivering orders, and maintaining food safety standards. Requirements

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile when they are seated
• Suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts
• Accurately taking food and drink orders and entering orders into the POS system properly
• Picking up and delivering food orders in a timely manner
• Checking back with guests throughout the experience to provide refills as needed and clearing any items from the table
• Delivering and settling the check in a timely manner, thanking guests and inviting them to return
• Following all food safety standards
