About The Position

As a server, it will be your mission at Boqueria® to create exceptional dining experiences for all guests to keep them coming back. You'll help with menu selections, quickly refill beverages, and ensure food arrives on time, consistently delivering interactions that create Boqueria® promoters who return and recommend us to others. You'll also be a part of and contribute to our positive work culture. Who is Boqueria®? Boqueria® is one of the leading Spanish tapas restaurant groups on the East Coast, with 11 locations in NYC, DC, Chicago, Nashville, Boston, West Hartford, and Atlanta. Boqueria is a lively tapas bar, inspired by the buzzy atmosphere and great food of the Barcelona "Kioskos" surrounding the renowned food market "El Mercado de la Boqueria." Requirements

Strong understanding of genuine hospitality
Experience working in a high-volume restaurant
Passion for food and service
Team player; you have your team's back, and they have yours
Ability to learn quickly & be flexible
A good sense of humor
Must be at least 18 years old
